What is QSM’s returns policy?
Individual Purchase: You may return any book purchased directly from Quite Specific Media Group, Ltd. up to 10 days from delivery for a full refund or credit if the book was received in poor condition or is defective. Proof of purchase or our original invoice number is required. Defective books will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact us for current warehouse mailing address at email@example.com or call (323) 851-5797 or fax us at (323) 851-5798. Do not send returns without prior authorization. Credit Memo’s expire 2 years from issue date without notice.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Overstock returns from booksellers will be accepted for credit only and must include our return authorization. Original invoices must be paid before returns will be authorized. Books must be in salable condition and shipped delivery prepaid. You must retain proof of delivery to our warehouse in order for credit to be issued. Authorized returns that are not in salable condition will not be credited but will be returned to the bookseller at your request and expense. Out-of-print returns will not be credited. No returns can be accepted after six months from date of invoice. Protecting your information
The Personal Customer Information you provide — including your credit card information — to establish an account with us and to make purchases from us is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. To further secure your personal customer information, we require you to create a customer password when you establish an account with us. We encourage you to use a password that is not easily guessed (i.e., don’t use your name or street name). Keep your password secret; do not share it with anyone. The only way you can place an order with us online is by entering both your registered email address and password.
If you forget your password, you can contact Customer Service and we will send you your password. It will be sent to the email address under which your quitespecificmedia.com account is assigned.
Remember to sign out
To further prevent unauthorized access to your account, remember that, after you sign in, you should sign out once you have (i) completed your transaction, (ii) completed managing your account, or (iii) decided to step away from your computer. Anyone who accesses your computer after you have signed in but before you have signed out can access your account.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges in excess of $50.00 that result from the unauthorized use of your credit card. Exceptions do apply, and you will have to comply with the rules of your credit card issuer, so please contact your card issuer for further details.
